Jiangsu Maritime Enforcement Joint Conference Held at Nanjing Maritime Court
On December 26, the Jiangsu Maritime Enforcement Joint Conference was held at the Nanjing Maritime Court. Wang Yun, Vice President of the Nanjing Maritime Court, briefed attendees on the Court's recent efforts to advance coordination between judicial and administrative enforcement and shared insights on leveraging the rule of law to support high-level opening-up.
Participants exchanged views on key issues, including the location, seizure, and custody of vessels and the disposal of vessels involved in criminal proceedings.
Moving forward, the Nanjing Maritime Court and relevant administrative authorities will continue to deepen the coordination between maritime enforcement and administrative law enforcement and work jointly to safeguard the ecological security of the rivers and seas, thereby ensuring the high-quality development of the shipping industry and firmly supporting the "Water Transport Jiangsu" development strategy.
