This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of China's Maritime Courts. To motivate the judicial personnel, promote excellence in work, and create a culture of dedication and excellence, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) recently issued a circular commending 14 collectives and 30 individuals for their outstanding performance. Among them, Nanjing Maritime Court received recognition for one collective and one individual.
