As of January 31, 2026, the Court has accepted cases involving 94 countries and regions, 66 of which are participants of the Belt and Road Initiative. Adhering to the fundamental principles of international law and a "user-oriented" approach, we are committed to providing efficient and accessible judicial services and ensuring equal protection for both domestic and foreign parties. By doing so, we actively foster a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment, consistently working to strengthen the international credibility of our maritime adjudication.
