On May 27th, 2021, the president of DMU visits NMC and had a meeting with President Li and Director Min.

On June 22rd, 2021, Nanjing Maritime Court (hereinafter referred to as "NMC") and China Maritime Arbitration Commission Shanghai Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as "CMACSH") signed a cooperation agreement. Li Houlong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President and Li Hu, Vice Director of CMAC took part in the signing and an afterwards communicating forum.

On April 12rd, Nanjing, Nanjing Maritime Court (hereinafter referred to as "NMC") along with Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transport(hereinafter referred to as "JPDT"), Jiangsu Maritime Safety Administration(hereinafter referred to as "JMSA") held a press conference on applying Yangtze River Protection Law of PRC. He Ping, member of the Party Committee of JPDT, Zhang Qinan, Secondary Counsel of JMSA, and Yang Changshun, member of the Party Committee and vice-president of NMC attended the press conference. Min Xing, member of the Party Committee and Director of Political Department of NMC held the press conference.

On June 11th, 2021, Tao Kaiyuan, Vice President of the Supreme People’s Courtofthe People’s Republic of China, led a research visit to Nanjing Maritime Court (hereinafter referred to as “NMC”), accompanied by Xia Daohu, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the High People's Court of Jiangsu Province.

On March 25th, 2021, Nanjing Maritime Court(herein after referred to as “NMC”)held the fourth session of the “Maritime Lecture” in 2021, in which Li Houlong, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of NMC gave a lecture on “The New Provisions of the Civil Code and its Judicial Interpretation on the Guarantee System”, with Min Xing, member of the Party Committee and Director of Personnel Department presiding over the lecture.

Recently, Nanjing Maritime Court (hereinafter referred to as “the court”) made its first order on the constitution of a limitation fund for maritime claims. In this case, the vessel involved is “Dingheng 18” owned by Dingheng Company. For limiting the liability of non-personal injury and losses caused by the collision of the vessel, Dingheng Company applied to the court for the constitution of a limitation fund for maritime claims.
