To implement the strategic decisions of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee on strengthening foreign-related legal frameworks and to advance the development of overseas interest protection mechanisms for Jiangsu’s “going global” enterprises, Wang Yun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of Nanjing Maritime Court, recently led a delegation to the Jiangsu Lawyers Association for a symposium and research exchange. Recently, a multimodal transport contract dispute case adjudicated by Nanjing Maritime Court was published in Volume 3, 2024 of Chinese Maritime and Commercial Law Reports, a journal under the globally renowned maritime and commercial law publisher Informa UK plc. Translated and recommended by the court’s young translation team, this case marks the second instance of a Nanjing Maritime Court ruling being featured by the publisher.
