+1! Another Nanjing Maritime Court Case Featured in Prestigious UK Publication
Recently, a multimodal transport contract dispute case adjudicated by Nanjing Maritime Court was published in Volume 3, 2024 of Chinese Maritime and Commercial Law Reports, a journal under the globally renowned maritime and commercial law publisher Informa UK plc. Translated and recommended by the court’s young translation team, this case marks the second instance of a Nanjing Maritime Court ruling being featured by the publisher.

Good News! Nanjing Maritime Court Receives SPC Commendations for One Collective and one Individual
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Maritime Court, and in order to motivate the team, promote the work, and create a strong atmosphere of entrepreneurship and excellence, the Supreme People's Court recently issued a circular commending 14 collectives and 30 individuals. 1 collective and 1 individual of Nanjing Maritime Court were commended!

The Signing Ceremony for the Beijing Convention on the Judicial Sale of Ships Successfully Held in Beijing
On September 5, 2023, the signing ceremony for the Beijing Convention on the Judicial Sale of Ships (hereinafter referred to as the "Beijing Convention") was successfully held in Beijing. During the ceremony, ministers, heads of delegations, United Nations officials, and senior Chinese officials witnessed the opening for signature of the Beijing Convention. This convention is the first global convention dedicated to the judicial sale of ships and the first UN convention in the maritime field that names after a Chinese city.

Jiangsu Foreign-Related Commercial and Maritime Professional Trial Coordination Seminar was held in Nanjing
On the afternoon of June 13th, Jiangsu foreign-related commercial and maritime professional trial coordination seminar was held in Nanjing. Qi Su, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Chief Judge of the Third Circuit Court of the SPC; Liu Aizhen, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Jiangsu High People's Court; Hua Yujun, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Nanjing Maritime Court, attended the seminar and delivered a speech. Li Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Nanjing Maritime Court, presided over the seminar.
