“1+10”: Deepen Linkage and Cooperation to Jointly Build a Barrier of Rule of Law for Marine Ecology
Safeguarding marine resources development and environmental protection through the rule of law is a crucial measure for thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and an essential requirement for serving the strategy of building a strong maritime country. This year marks the sixth year of collaborative efforts between maritime judicial and administrative organs in Jiangsu. On July 11, Nanjing Maritime Court organized a research symposium on “Safeguarding Marine Resources Development and Environmental Protection through the Rule of Law.” Attendees included principals from relevant departments of ten provincial units, including Jiangsu Provincial Natural Resources Department, Jiangsu Provincial Ecology and Environment Department, and Jiangsu Provincial Transport Department, etc. The symposium was chaired by Wang Yun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of Nanjing Maritime Court.

Yangtze River Delta Maritime Courts Enforcement Alliance Holds Working Symposium
To optimize maritime enforcement measures and better serve the national strategy for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, promote the substantive operation of the Yangtze River Delta Maritime Courts Enforcement Alliance, and strengthen cross-regional enforcement collaboration, Nanjing Maritime Court initiated an online working symposium on February 28. Jointly organized by four maritime courts—Shanghai, Wuhan, Ningbo, and Nanjing—the event was held under the theme "Action-Oriented Synergy, Collaborative Growth for Enhanced Capabilities."
